Interior architectural design of approximately 1,800 m2, in the Torre Sygni building, Mexico City.
Project for “hotel” type offices serving emerging or mobile firms, a concept known today as ‘virtual offices’.
The project is distinguished by the design of its common spaces and the important goal of achieving proper lighting and access to a large number of offices. The high level executive finish complements the space design concept and its organization to create transparencies that interconnect the spaces; while providing privacy, light and integrating this with the corporate image of the building’s common areas.
Resulting from the project’s architectural success and strong client relationship, this was the first of five additional projects in Venezuela and Argentina between 2000 and 2004.
